| Dubuque Stainless Steel Drums are fabricated form 16 Gauge Type 304-2B Stainless Steel. All seams are electrically butt-welded on the outside, heli-arc welded on the inside, ground smooth and polished to meet high sanitary standards. The top rim is reinforced with 1/2" rod and solidly welded. The bottom is concave and with the addition of a skip welded 3/8" Square Stainless Steel Wear Ring to the bottom, your drum will have a longer life of service. Options
Stainless Steel Process Drum With Snug Fitting Cover Fabricated form 14 Gauge Type 304-2B Stainless Steel, the Dubuque Process Drum is perfect for those heavy duty jobs. All seams are electrically butt-welded on the outside, heli-arc welded on the inside, ground smooth and polished to meet high sanitary standards. The top rim is reinforced with 1/2" rod and solidly sealed. The bottom chime is welded solid both outside and underneath.
Snug Fitting Drum Cover The Dubuque Snug Fitting Cover is spun from 16 Gauge Type 304-2B Stainless Steel and is equipped with a Stainless Steel Lever Locking Ring and 1/2" FDA Approved High Density Sponge Rubber Gasket. The lever mechanism is zinc plated.
Loose Fitting Drum Covers Fabricated from 16 Gauge Type 304-2B Stainless Steel with 1/8" X 3/4" Flat Stainless Steel rolled to form the rim and then solidly welded to the cover and the seams are ground smooth. The Loose Fitting Cover comes with a standard handle on top with a hanging hook welded to the inside to hang on the side of the drum or on the wall.
Drum Dollies Dubuque Stainless Steel dollies are pressed from one piece of 14 Gauge Type 304-2B Stainless Steel. One piece construction ensures durability and a long service life. All Dollies are equipped with three 3 1/2" Swivel Caster with Zerk Fitted Axles. Both size Dollies are also available in Galvanized material. Also available with four 3 1/2" Casters at an additional cost.
